Do I need to go to coach training before I can join?
Inside the membership, you'll learn everything you need to know to start coaching successfully, even if you've never had an opportunity to attend live or in-person training. In fact, your membership includes a self-paced video course with all of the information from coach training.
Is this only for beginners? I am looking for more advanced content on coaching.
This is a comprehensive professional development program that will meet the needs of all coaches, even those with extensive experience and skills. We go well beyond what is covered during coach training with brand new, advanced content on a different topic every single month, individualized coaching, live Q + A sessions, mindset work, book studies, summaries of the most recent research, and more.
What if we have turnover on our coaching staff?
A membership takes care of all the professional development related to coaching, even when people change positions or leave your program. The structure of the membership allows you to substitute one person for another without any trouble.
How will the membership support the specific requirements of my district or state's coaching system?
We focus on the coaching behaviors that change teacher practice, which will be aligned with any research-based system or model.
Right now everything is virtual. Should we wait to sign up until teachers are back in the classroom?
